This two-day course, open to all staff at both the Campus and Health locations, is designed to enhance skills for fostering alignment and agreement through open dialogue on high-stakes, emotional, or difficult topics. The course is based on the book Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes Are High by Kerry Patterson and Joseph Grenny.
