Submitting Content to DEI
DEI is excited to elevate your content via our communications channels. Please use the form below to submit your DEI-related content to our communications team. We value your important contributions to the campus and look forward to elevating your work. If you have any questions please contact us.
Guidelines
- If you have multiple submissions, please submit a separate webform for each.
- Event and opportunity submissions for DEI This Week are due Tuesday by 4 pm.
- Submissions must include (1) a partnership or collaboration with DEI and/or (2) sponsrship by a UC Davis academic or administrative unit.
- Submissions promoting events and opportunities from registered student organizations will not be accepted. We encourage registered student organizations to reach out to the Center for Student Involvement to promote their activities and events.
- Submissions must follow the guidelines from the strategic communications accessibility and inclusivity guide. We especially ask that you include alt text for your images (including graphics) and captions for any video.
- Changes to diversity.ucdavis.edu: If your group or initiative is represented on our website, and you would like to suggest an update or change to your content, please instead use this form to submit your website update request.
